Filters and in-stock models will be shipped within 3 days.
Certain models, such as the 20L, 35L, and 70L, require 2-4 weeks of production time due to lack of immediate stock.

Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect address, any additional shipping costs incurred will be your responsibility.
Damage During Shipping
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will communicate with the carrier and, if the issue is determined to be not the buyer’s fault, we will replace the product for you.
Order Cancellation
Before shipping: No additional fees will be charged. Please note that if you paid through third-party platforms like PayPal or Shopify Payment, these platforms may charge a commission fee that is non-refundable to us, and thus we cannot refund this amount.
After shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

1.Select Based on Your Water Production Needs: Choose a model according to your daily water needs. Each model number represents the maximum daily water production capacity. For example, a 10L model can produce up to 10 liters (2.64 gallons) of water per day.
2.Choose the Right Size for Your Environment: Select a suitable size based on your specific scenario. If you plan to use it in a camper van or require a smaller amount of water, a tabletop AWG is ideal. If you have ample space or require a larger amount of water, consider a freestanding water generator.
3.Opt for Hot Water Capabilities if Needed: If you need hot water, please select a model with hot water capabilities.

How long do I have to return an item?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product. This means that you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. We will not accept returns after 30 days of receiving the product.
How long will it take to receive a refund after I return an item?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
