Warranty Policy for Atmospheric Water Generators

Warranty Period (12 Months)
We are pleased to offer a 12-month warranty on our atmospheric water generators, starting from the date of purchase. Should any issues arise due to manufacturing defects or non-human factors within this period, we would be happy to provide complimentary repairs or replacement to resolve the matter.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by human factors, such as improper use, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the provided instructions. Furthermore, damages resulting from natural events or uncontrollable circumstances (such as floods, fires, or lightning) are also excluded from this warranty.

Claim Process
If you need to file a warranty claim, kindly reach out to us at support@airgenwater.com. We would appreciate it if you could provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you further and guide you through the process.

Post-Warranty Support (Beyond 12 Months)
For orders exceeding 12 months, we continue to offer support for your product. However, should you require replacement parts or repairs, there will be a charge for the parts and shipping costs. We will inform you of the details before proceeding with any repairs.

Shipping Damage Claims
In the unlikely event that your atmospheric water generator is damaged during shipping, we kindly ask that you contact us at support@airgenwater.com as soon as possible. Please provide us with photographic or video evidence of the damage so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Note: For shipping damage claims, we kindly request that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for processing.
